What is the next step after viewing your website?
Please email me to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, I will review my slideshow portfolio; wedding book, proof book, and canvas samples; Online Gallery; and wedding day photography schedule, plus answer any questions.
Where is the consultation held?
The consultation is held in my home/office in Chesapeake, VA, or can be conducted via phone.
Do I need to have a consultation?
No, you may book me without having a consultation.
Do you travel?
Yes, I will travel. There is a travel and/or lodging fee for locations 60 miles or more from Chesapeake, VA. Please email me the location of your ceremony/reception for an estimate.
Booking and Deposit
What is the deposit for my package?
The deposit for all packages is $525.00. It is due upon the signing of the contract and reserves your wedding date. The deposit is deducted from the total package price.
What do I do when I am ready to book?
I will email you a contract--please print, sign, and mail to me with your deposit.
What types of payment do you take?
All major credit cards, personal check, and money order.
 When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due on the wedding day. You may pre-pay at any time.
Can I make installment payments?
Yes. Please contact me for details when you are ready to book.
Packages and Products
Can I add items/products after I signed the contract, such as a larger wedding book or canvases?
Yes, you may add items any time before or after the wedding day. The cost will be added to your final balance or billed to you.
Do you offer discounts on the purchase of multiple products?
Yes. Exact duplicates of your WillowBook Fine Art Album (same design, choose from 2 sizes) and Canvases (same size/same image) have a discount of 25%.
I want to create my own package with a variety of products. Is this possible?
Yes. Email me what you would like and I will send you a package price. Depending upon how much you want to order, there may be additional discounts and/or bonuses that I can offer you.
Engagement and Bridal Session
Where is the bridal and engagement portrait location?
You may choose any location within Hampton Roads, VA. The client is responsible for any location fees. Engagement/bridal session outside of Hampton Roads, VA, may require an additional travel and/or lodging fee.
How far in advance should I book my bridal/engagement session?
For the engagement session, I recommend at least three months before the wedding date; for the bridal session, at least one month. It will also depend upon the time of year, as the majority of the photos are taken outside. However, I can work with a tight schedule, if needed.
 Image Questions
Do I receive high-res images?
The bride and groom receive a complimentary DVD with all high-res images from the wedding day that are suitable for making professional prints.
Do you take b/w photos?
All photos are shot digitally in color. I will be happy to convert a few images from your engagement/bridal/wedding day to b/w or sepia upon request to include on your DVD. You may also order prints via the Online Gallery in b/w and sepia. Also, since the bride and groom receive high-res images on DVD, they are free to convert images to b/w or sepia, or have a print shop produce them this way.
Do you offer colorized/special effect prints?
Yes. I can produce a few colorized/special effects prints from your engagement/bridal/wedding day upon request and include them on your DVD.
Is Holly my main photographer?
Yes, I am your principal photographer. Also, all images on my website and those you view during the consultation were photographed by me.
